Reporting to the Marketing Manager – Foodservice, this role is pivotal in executing brand and activation strategies that drive growth, innovation, and customer engagement. You’ll lead the development and execution of brand plans, manage NPD and EPD projects, and bring our brands to life through trade shows, demonstrations, and customer-facing initiatives.This hybrid role is based in Brisbane or Melbourne, with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week.Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & PlanningSupport the development of a 3-year marketing plan aligned with the Long-Term Plan (LTP).Lead activation elements within the Marketing Plan, including organizing and managing trade shows.Innovation & Project ManagementManage NPD and EPD projects from concept to execution, including cross-functional collaboration with Sales, R&D, and Production.Develop compelling sales tools and customer presentations to support product launches.Activation & Customer EngagementLead the planning and execution of trade shows, demonstration days, and wholesaler catalogue schedules.Maintain and evolve trade presenter templates for use across the team.Budget & Performance ManagementManage the marketing and activation budget, ensuring alignment with financial targets.Analyse sales performance and provide monthly reporting with actionable insights.Experience & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).3+ years of experience in brand management within the FMCG industry, (ideally time within Foodservice) with a track record of driving brand growth and market share.Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAnalytical mindset with proficiency in analysing P&Ls and sales data to inform strategy.Budget management experience, with a demonstrated ability to optimize spending and drive ROI.Experience in the dairy or food industry is preferred but not essential.Behaviours we are looking forA resourceful problem-solver with a passion for driving growth.Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys rolling up their sleeves.A team player who communicates clearly and collaborates effectively.A curious thinker who challenges the status quo and drives continuous improvement.Why Join Us?At Lactalis, you’ll be part of a supportive and passionate team that values ambition, engagement, and simplicity. About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and driven Brand & Activation Manager to join our Foodservice Marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager – Foodservice, this role is pivotal in executing brand and activation strategies that drive growth, innovation, and customer engagement. You’ll lead the development and execution of brand plans, manage NPD and EPD projects, and bring our brands to life through trade shows, demonstrations, and customer-facing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities 
Brand Strategy & Planning
